Balance Yoga Challenge

In March I am taking part in  Yoga By Candace Balance yoga challenge. It’s something that fits with my March plans well anyhow. This weekend I have a handstand workshop and then next weekend I’m away doing training which will involve lots of being upside down. 

So my main focus for March will be my handstands. My starting handstand is below. A bit of work to go to get my arms straight. 

 

The other part of the challenge for this month is balancing on other people. I want to get a move called candlestick free with one of my friends. This is our starting place. 

The aim is to get both my arms onto hers and her feet down without me feeling like I’m going to fall over. It’s a challenge but we should get there with some work.
