Recovery from injury

Due to being injured and far too busy moving home, I’ve been ‘good’ and actually taken things very easy for three weeks as recommended by my physiotherapist. The three weeks rest/taking things easy ends tomorrow so I’m going to be back doing classes again starting on Thursday.

I still have a bit of a cold that is currently threatening to develop into a cough but I’m eating healthily and taking extra vitamins to try to help with my recovery. I’m looking forward to stretching out and feeling relaxed at the end of class. I didn’t think I’d miss yoga classes as much as I have but it really helps with my stress levels and generally coupling with what has been a very busy time.
