Mind Calm Meditation

I’ve mentioned in a few of my posts that I’m trying to do more meditation and that I’m finding it really useful to do. So this weekend I’m taking a plunge and taking part in a one day meditation workshop called Mind Calm Meditation. I’ve a friend who has done a lot of mindfulness work coming with me so it’ll be good to have someone to discuss it with afterwards.

I’m a little apprehensive of a whole day of practicing meditation but I think it’ll be good and will help me develop a home practice.

Mind Calm Meditation
