Folding forward

I was really happy to go to a two hour acrobatics workshop yesterday. It meant that I got out the flat and did some excersise over what has been a very non active Christmas break. 

It was good to do some handstands and hand to hand along with other Acro practice. 

At the end of the session we did some partner stretching and this was really helpful for me to get a good stretch. I really enjoyed being assisted in paschimottana or seated forward fold. I managed to get my forehead to my knees without being in pain. It has helped my hamstrings loosen off. 

I’m going to a class tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it.
