2016 Aims

Happy New Year. I hope you all had a great new year and festive period. I managed a couple of classes over the past few days which I’ll write up soon. The purpose of this post is to set out my 2016 aims. I’m not going for resolutions but things that I want to do.

So my aims are as follows;

Do two yoga classes/practices each week.

Enroll in Yoga Foundation Training

Be able to hold a handstand free of the wall for 30 seconds consistently.

Don’t buy any new clothes until May (underwear excluded).

Finish decorating two rooms in my new home.

Find somewhere to teach aerial yoga and teach at least five workshops.

Travel to three new cities.

Start planning a trip to India for 2017.
I think they are all achievable and still challenging. I look forward to crossing them off the list as I achieve them.
