Out of action but full of heart

I managed to sleep better last night with a small handful of drugs and working out that if I lie on my front then I don’t move my hip as much. Today I am still taking it easy and trying not to over do things like walking up stairs too much. It’s certainly eased off quite a bit.

Today I got some exciting news, I’m not quite ready to share it yet as it’s still tentative but it relates to one of my 2016 goals and what I wanted to achieve this year. It’s super exciting and makes my heart sing. I hope that it works out and that I can manage to do it.
