My yoga journey

So I still don’t have any news on my potential exciting thing. It’s a little annoying but I’m still waiting for someone to come back to me to confirm a couple of things. I hope it still can happen but I’m a bit nervous it might not happen. 

Anyhow the point of this post is to talk about a new kitchen appliance I got at the weekend. I love smoothies and they are great for having before yoga in the morning.

I don’t like bananas so I’m experimenting with different options. Above was mango with vanilla yogurt which was super tasty but quite thick. It needed milk added. 

  This morning I had blueberry, raspberry and mango yogurt with milk. It was quite filling and really quick to make. I think this type of thing will be exactly what I need before doing yoga in the morning, especially if I prepare it the night before. 
I tried making carrot, ginger and spinach juice but I really didn’t like the taste of it. So I added a stock cube and made it into soup. It was quite tasty and made a quick lunch.
