Meditation Week

I’m one week into doing meditation for lent. I’ve managed at least a little bit every day. Some days it’s only been 3 minutes but I’m not beating myself up over not doing more. 

It’s really helped me relax and sleep better. I’m attempting to work through some thoughts on something that I’m trying to come to a conclusion on. I still need to think some more on it but it’s helping. 

I hope it’s something I can keep going for the long term but even just five days a week would be good.
