YTT block 2

I’m getting so bad at updating this and I’ve so much in my head that I want to say and write. I will get round to it but not all of it today. 

This block of yoga teacher training was four very long days. Each day started with a 90 minute practice, then a short break, theory, lunch, more theory, generally class planning in pairs then a break, then finishing with a 60-90 minute practice. 

It was lots to take in but really good. We had some really good group conversations and I felt that as I have now been teaching and have more experience I was able to contribute more to them. It was really nice to chat with others about what type of things worked well for there classes and what didn’t.

This module we covered meridian and chakra theory as well as more yin poses. I’ll cover them in more detail in my next post but it was a bit different from the functional anatomy that we covered last module.
