2017 Aims

I try not to do New Year Resolutions but instead I take time to think of goals for the next 12 months.

My goals and aims for 2017 are below.

Do at least one yoga class per week.

Finish my 200 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

Look into and book Yang Yoga Teacher Training – probably not starting until 2018 but at least sourcing a course that I want to do.

Make the studio cost neutral.

Teach 3 workshops.

Find out cause of Hip pain and path to solve it.

Travel to two new cities.

New kitchen fitted.
